My Guac Glock.

So what does one do when you have avocados but not the all the traditional guacamole ingredients? Well, I don’t know what you would do but I’m a frugal hangry lady sometimes and I just want food. Simplify and improvise!

I cut the corn off the cob from my dinner leftovers (that probably would have been long forgotten about and then sadly thrown away) and chopped up some onions, garlic and tomato. Added squeezed lemon and salt (like a little over a tsp) and then stirred vigorously, motivated by hunger lol

It was super nom-nomable and I ate it with some gluten free sea salt crackers.

andddd sipped on my synergy kombucha tea drink. Yay!
